Action for Sustainable Development [ Action4SD ] is a global civil society organisation to engage with the sustainable development agenda that brings together over 500 organisations and activists from around the world, particularly from the Global South.
This platform aims to raise awareness, build community, hold governments accountable, and share knowledge on efforts to monitor and implement the Sustainable Development Goals and Paris Climate Agreement. As part of its programme, Action for Sustainable Development collected summaries from national civil society organisations in 22 countries. A report provides an overview of how civil society is helping to monitor the SDGs. This platform aims to raise awareness, build a community, hold governments accountable and share knowledge on the new agenda.
