is an international non–governmental and non-profit organisation with Consultative Status at the United Nations and UNESCO. It was founded in 1948 to defend and promote the well-being and education of children from birth to eight. Registration is now open for its 2016 European Conference and here is a 2nd call for papers. The 2016 Conference will be focusing on the place of the child in 21st century society and will take place from 5th – 7th May at Canterbury Christ Church University, Canterbury.
