GetImage.aspxGroundwork London delivers a range of education projects in both primary and secondary schools.  It is looking to recruit one or more sessional teachers to deliver environmental workshops to pupils in either Key Stage 2 or Key Stage 3, applications will be welcomed from people with primary and/or secondary school experience. Workshops are delivered in a fun, interactive manner which engages pupils with environmental topics including reducing food waste, the green economy and the wider natural environment.

A passion for environmental education is essential, with an understanding of sustainability and environmental issues. You will be a qualified teacher with a minimum of three years experience in school or other education settings. You will be interested and able to assist the Education team at Groundwork to develop new education programmes and support the establishment of education workshops, linking them to the school curriculum.

These post holders will be recruited on a sessional basis, with workshop delivery and further tasks agreed in advance with the appointed staff member.
