A visit there can support the delivery of science, maths, design and technology, and by exploring acres of inspirational gardens, pupils will understand where food comes from, seasonality, and sustainability.

growingGarden Organic has indoor exhibitions, displays and activities designed to keep everyone learning and engaged.

You can download their School Visit leaflet here.

Visits to the gardens cost £3.50 per child with a free pre-visit for lead and/or accompanying teachers, and Ryton staff will be happy to help you plan your visit.  There is also an indoor lunch space and outdoor picnic area.
