The deadline for making submissions to the House of Commons Education select committee enquiry into the purpose and quality of education in England has now passed, and you can find all the written evidence on the committee website.

A significant section of the evidence provided had a focus, one way or another, on outdoor learning, and our President’s blog has some of the detail.  This shows the opening sections to a range of submissions – which you can use to see if you think that a further read is worthwhile.

We think it will be instructive to see what sense the committee makes of this – and what notice DfE takes – although we are not holding our collective breath about the latter possibility.
